Cookery Club - Last one for the year

This week in Cookery Club we made Easter Cakes complete with chocolate chips, chocolate icing and a chocolate egg.  They were absolutely delicious and really simple to make.  We creamed 110g of caster sugar and butter together in a bowl then added 2 eggs and 110g of self raising flour to the mixture.  Once a handful of milk chocolate chips were added to the batter we spooned it into cake cases.  The cakes were cooked at 190 degrees C until risen and golden. Once the cakes were cooled we topped them off with some chocolate icing and a mini egg.
