Our Enrichment Program was set up to add to our curriculum. It was set up specifically to inspire our very able pupils, motivating them to reach their full potential.

The Program has been very successful with all children accessing the range of activities available. We hope that this will give them a life-long love of learning that will benefit them throughout their school days.

Every Friday morning is Enrichment. We have special lessons in Music, Drama, Art, French and Forest Schools. Mr Newton is our Music teacher. He is very clever and has taught us lots about singing and how music works. Miss Hobbs is our Drama teacher. Her lessons are great fun. We sometimes have to get in character and think about expression and feelings. Mrs Carter is our Art teacher. We love art, especially painting and have been painting in the style of Lowri and Claude Monet already this year.  Mrs Curtis teaches Science and encourages us to think critcally in order to problem solve when carrying out our investigations. Miss Southwell teaches us French whilst Senor Savage teaches us Spanish, hola!  We have made our own books in French, wow!  Forest Schools is also included in our Enrichment Program. Miss Keating, Miss Tredgett and Miss Sambell lead these sessions and they are always really exciting.  We find lots of interesting things in Forest School.  Computing was introduced last year and so far this term we have been working on Blogging and coding. It is led by Mrs Newman.  We are so lucky to have our Enrichment Program.
