School Development Plan: Outcomes for Pupils

  • Ensure that all pupils make at least expected progress in reading, writing and maths* relative to their baseline and many make better than expected progress, (continue to use tracking procedures to highlight pupil trends, gaps and progress of all groups/individuals)
  • Ensure closely monitored interventions address potential underachievement and close any gaps between disadvantaged pupils and their peers
  • Extend more able pupils to ensure they continue to make good progress in reading, writing and maths*
  • Develop pupils comprehension* skills to reflect their decoding skills
